If you’re looking to get out of town for the day and want to beat the summer heat, be sure to check out Aquatica Water Park in Orlando. Just a few hours from Jacksonville, Aquatica has lots of attractions for the whole family. Time and time again it’s one of our favorite water park day trips to take in the summer!
Aquatica has TONS of Great Slides
Big slides, little slides, slides that drop out from under you, whether you’re in the mood for big thrills or a slow ride, Aquatica has something for everyone. If you’re a fan of thrill rides, Aquatica Orlando doesn’t disappoint.
Aquatica has Lots for the Littles
Traveling with a little one? Aquatica has a kids’ area that kids will just love. From little slides to spouting sprinklers, little kids will love exploring Walkabout Waters and Kata’s Koookaburra Cove.
Aquatica Provides Plenty of Shade
The last thing you want to worry about while visiting a water park is the blazing sun. Aquatica has cabanas you can rent for the day. However, if you don’t want to spend the extra money, you can just grab a seat under one of the hundreds of umbrellas at the park.
Aquatica is Fun for the Whole Family
Little kids, big kids, adults, teenagers, it really doesn’t matter who you’re road tripping with, Aquatica has a little something everyone will enjoy. You can relax in the lazy river or enjoy the wave pool, ride some slides or splash in the kiddie area. We loved that Aquatica is the perfect sized park to spend the day.
It’s Fun & SAFE
Aquatica provides life jackets in all sizes for those who want to wear them. In addition, there are life guards stationed at every attraction, and Aquatica is even an Autism Certified park. This means that their staff is trained to work with visitors who may need additional assistance. The staff at Aquatica wants to make sure you have a fun day while staying safe!
