One of the best things about Valley Smoke is the back patio that sits on the Intracostal Waterway. With a gentle breeze cooling you off, it makes a great place to sit and enjoy a cocktail and appetizer. The interior of the restaurant is no less spectacular. The upscale rustic decor sets Valley Smoke apart from your traditional BBQ restaurant.

Valley Smoke has vibrant bar and lounge featuring a rare selection of Bourbon and Scotch located in the Bourbon Library. Rumor has it you can even order a pour of the elusive Pappy Van Winkle. They also serve craft beers, cocktails and wines, poured with passion from their experienced mixologists and sommeliers.

Valley SmokeĀ features slow-smoked BBQ, southern-inspired seafood, chicken and venison selections with USDA Prime Steaks cooked to perfection over a wood-fired grill. They have a great selection of snacks & starters that are fun to share and allow you try to variety of what they have to offer. Be sure to try the BBQ House Potato Chips with a side of Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dip.

The attire at Valley Smoke BBQ is a little nicer than standard casual. Even during a lunch date, there were people dressed in more than just shorts and flip-flops. They offer free valet parking at peak times, which is good, because the lot fills up quickly. Valley Smoke does take reservations, and it is highly recommended that you make one, because the restaurant fills up fast.
