Abess Park Spray Ground
A fan favorite, Abess Park is small, but has a lot of offer. There is a playground, lots to climb on and picnic tables. The splash pad is open for the 2024 season and is the perfect way to keep the kids cool.

Atlantic Center Splash Pad in Fernandina Beach
Located next to our favorite Pirate Playground in Fernandina Beach, the Atlantic Center has a pool and a splash pad available for use for a small daily fee. Daily, monthly and seasonal passes are available. This water feature open Memorial Day weekend for the 2024 summer season.
Cost: $3 for city residents with City Resident Verification cards, $5 for non-city residents.

Donner Park Splash Pad
Located in Atlantic Beach, Donner Park has long been a hidden gem in the area. With a well shaded playground and community center, there’s lots of space for kids to play in this park. The addition of a splash pad in 2024 is a welcome option for the hot summer months. This fully fenced sprinkle park has lots of seating for parents, and many different water features for kids.

Hanna Park Splash Pad
Come for the beach, stay for the splash pad and playground. Hanna Park playground got a major overhaul a few years ago and has plenty for kids of all ages and the Hanna Park splash pad has been recently updated as well. If you camp at Hanna Park during the summer, the splash pad is a great way to keep cool. This is one of our all time favorite Jacksonville splash pads because of the size.

Hilliard Town Pool Facility Splash Pad
For a small fee you can enjoy access to the Hilliard pool and splash pad that sits adjacent to it. You can even rent the entire splash pad for a party! Daily, monthly and seasonal passes are available. This water feature is open Memorial Day weekend for the 2024 summer season.
Cost: $3 for people living in Hilliard, $5 for those who live outside the city.

Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens Splash Pad
Located at the Jacksonville Zoo, this splash pad typically opens in April and is included with your zoo admission. There is ample seating for parents, just make sure you pack a swim diaper for the little ones. This spray ground is OPEN for the 2024 summer season!

Lonnie C. Miller Park Splash Pad
New for 2024, Lonnie C. Miller has a beautiful splash pad that is fully fenced and offers lots of different sprinkle structures. In addition to the splash pad, there is also a fantastic, fenced playground with lots of equipment.

Losco Park Splash Pad
Situated under the sprawling oaks in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, Losco Park offers kids a huge climbing structure, swings, picnic tables and a splash pad that opens Memorial Day weekend. This is one of our favorite Jacksonville splash pads and was updated last year. This water feature is open for the 2024 summer season.

MLK, Jr. Center Splash Pad in Fernandina Beach
Located in Fernandina Beach, this splash pad is a great spot for the kids to play in the water and enjoy a snack. The aquatics center offers concessions and a pool. A small entry fee is required. Daily, monthly and seasonal passes are available. This water feature is open Memorial Day weekend for the 2024 summer season.

Murray Hill Park Splash Pad
In the heart of Murray Hill is a hidden gem. This large splash pad keeps the kids cool as they play on the playground located right next door. This water feature is open Memorial Day weekend for the 2024 season.

Springs Park in Green Cove Springs
This stunning park is set on the river and features swings, playground, hiking paths, a pool (paid entry) and a small splash pad that’s the perfect spot for kids to cool off after playing. This water feature is open for the 2024 summer season!

St. Augustine Pier Spray Ground
Nothing beats a day at the beach, except maybe the beach and a splash pad! Located at the St. Augustine Pier, this spray ground has a large open area with small sprays for little kids and a larger water feature big kids will love. There is an adjacent playground and it’s located just steps from the ocean. This water feature is open for the 2024 summer season.
