Flavors at Mixed Fillings Pie Shop
One of the things that keeps us coming back to Mixed Fillings over and over again are their pie flavors. They do sell some of your traditional key lime and apple crumb, but they also tout some unique flavors like those found in Ok, Boomer. A pie with a pecan crust, french silk filling, and espresso cream to top it off. It’s that combination of the unexpected that tickles the taste buds and makes Mixed Fillings stand out. Chef Natasha Burton, the owner and mastermind and behind Mixed Fillings takes creative license when it comes to naming her pies. Some of our favorites include Blurred Limes, Beach, Don’t Kill My Vibe, Maybe it’s Mapleine, and Peanut Butter & Jealous. With an ever changing menu utilizing the freshest ingredients you never know which of these pies you’ll find in the shop on any given day.
Get Your Orders In Early
When you’re one of the most popular pie shops in North Florida keeping up with demand can be a challenge. For holidays and special events pies must be ordered early. Like really early. Thanksgiving and Christmas pie pre-orders usually start about a month ahead of time and they sell out within days (sometimes even within hours). You can always stop by during regular business hours and see what’s cooking that day, but even then we recommend heading over early because once they’ve sold out for the day it’s time to close up shop.
